The property required a full modernization to fully exploit its potential as a single-let property. Our regular contractor in South Wales started immediately and delivered the project faster than planned — a major advantage within a BRRR strategy.

The renovation was completed for a pre-agreed amount of £37,500.

After completion, the property was immediately rented as a single let for £950 per month.
A special detail: the tenant is an employee of the contractor, which ensures smooth communication and convenience for future maintenance.

The estimated new market value after renovation is £150,000, making this project excellent for a future refinance within the BRRR strategy.
